Transformation Represented in Art

For my original project, I had the evolution of a square ripping apart and breaking into two separate triangles. While I was working on the final piece (which the end result ended up being what is presented above), I felt the need to change my design into something more creative. I kept the original designs first half, while adding circles throughout the backdrop to make the illusion that the circles are slowly coming into play. At the end, all of the attachments on the square make up the squids tentacles, while the circles make up the body.
